1. Appointments & Booking Policies
All bridal appointments at The Love Club Bridal require advance booking. Appointment types, durations, and any associated fees are outlined at the time of booking.
Some appointment fees are applied toward the purchase of a wedding dress, as noted during scheduling. Booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited booking fee.
2. Appointment Experience & Guests
To ensure a comfortable and personalized experience, each appointment has a guest limit based on the appointment type selected. Please respect the stated guest limits.
We ask all guests to be respectful of our space, team, and other clients. The Love Club Bridal reserves the right to end an appointment early if behavior becomes disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
3. Purchases, Deposits & Payments
Wedding dress purchases may require a deposit or full payment at the time of purchase. All payment terms will be clearly communicated before checkout.
Made-to-order gowns are custom items and are considered final sale once ordered. Sample gowns, off-the-rack purchases, accessories, and special-order items are also final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Production Timelines & Alterations
Production timelines for made-to-order gowns vary by designer and will be discussed during your appointment. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.
Alterations are not included unless explicitly stated. We are happy to provide recommendations for trusted alterations specialists, but The Love Club Bridal is not responsible for alterations performed by third parties.
5. Studio Policies & Personal Belongings
The Love Club Bridal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.
Food, drinks, and champagne may be offered as part of certain appointment types. Alcohol consumption is limited to guests 21 years of age or older.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of The Love Club Bridal and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
7. Website Use & Accuracy
